Work Samples: Thin-Client Applications

Sales, purchasing and inventory management has been the most important part for trading companies. There're all kinds of software floating around might pricing from below $200 to $100,000 dollars. However, no matter how good a software can perform, there're always some problem specific to your company that it can not handle. Then it brings up an issue of "Customization" or "Enhancement".

Below is an example of customized RMA module which enhances an existing software. I made it available to other employees through intranet web server.

The shipment tracking module is another integration example: an addon for shipping software, which makes tracking information available to every sales person in the company.

To enhance usability, I created a javascript-based calendar web control to help with date entry. It can be brought up through a simple javascript function. User can browse through month to month, or do fast selection with popup menus.
